You have the option for an in water session where Miles will be by your side giving you advice and guidence throughout the session. Helping you to catch green waves, work on your technique and confidence. Or a video coaching session, Video analysis is what professional surfers use to examine their technique Closely, this will help you to make adjustments to your surfing manurers which will have a huge impact on your technique.
